Probably because we are all either long time or native New Mexicans, and have strong preferences for authentic local architectural styles and materials, we have particularly enjoyed evaluating and representing historic properties whether they are recently restored or in need of renovation.
As sincere appreciators of all the wonderful opportunities to enjoy being outdoors in New Mexico - whether hiking, riding, rafting, or simply watching the sunset - we have gravitated toward selling raw land, either as homesites, rural retreats, or ranches.
These combined interests have led to a third specialty in the preservation of open space and use of conservation easements. Margo has had significant experience in helping landowners who want to protect the beauty and unique qualities of their properties and insure that they won't be excessively developed. We are happy to have been involved in putting land and ranches back together.
